Before trying this shampoo, my hair was very brittle because of the pool (I swim three times per week), but after I started using the Ultra Swim shampoo, I got compliments from people saying my hair looks so smooth. I think it’s more important to have a good swimmer’s shampoo that really removes the chlorine if you swim regularly than the conditioner. In my case, I use this shampoo, a regular Dove conditioner and a leave-in conditioner. I love it because it is the most affordable option and really does the job.

Do not waste your money on more expensive swim products for hair because you no not need to. This shampoo/conditioner has been around since the beginnning (I believe it was the very first hair care swim product out there) and it is still by far the best. Softens hair, smells great, stops that itchy chlorine scalp. I got back into swimming and actually forgot about this product. I was using a much higher dollar shampoo and conditioner which the "pros" use and I just was not satisfied. I then remembered this product and am so happy I did. Seriously, this is the best hair help out there. Even for hard water in the house. Just buy it. AND it is gloriously not expensive!!
